ABOUT
Jambo Sana house, inspired by the essence of Africa, has 70 meters of “foot in the sand”, facing the sea, and is surrounded by hills with lots of vegetation. It is located on Praia do Flamengo beach, in the Saco da Ribeira Marina, the largest natural port on the coast of São Paulo, with yacht clubs, markets, shops and boat rentals, buses, taxis and UBER.
It is located just 10 km from the city of Ubatuba, in the state of São Paulo, Brazil.
By car, it is 2:30 hours from Guarulhos International Airport, in São Paulo.
By boat, it is less than an hour from the colonial city of Paraty and Ilhabela.
The location, the beach and the coastline are considered one of the most beautiful in Brazil.
Nearby there are other beaches, restaurants and trails to explore with wonderful views.
The house has 40,000 m2 of green area and 1500 m2 of built area, fully furnished and decorated.
The house has six suites with air conditioning, showers and bathrooms. The master suite has a jacuzzi and walk-in closet. The house has the capacity to comfortably accommodate 12 people.
The main house has two very large living rooms and a jackfruit tree in the middle of the room that was preserved to integrate nature into the environment. All with views of the gardens and the sea thanks to the panoramic windows that surround the house.
It also has a large dining room, a bar and a fully-equipped kitchen, two ovens, freezer and refrigerator. Service bathroom, pantry room and laundry room.
Going up the stairs, on the mezzanine is the TV room, with very comfortable sofas, air conditioning, and another living room with armchairs and a table.
In the outdoor area, where the pool is, the gallery has dining tables, sun loungers and a grill. All with views of the sea and the garden. There is a guest bathroom with a shower.
The leisure area is a large gallery that surrounds the entire main house, with lounge chairs to sit and relax. All with direct access to the beach.
Jambo Sana house has a tennis court.
A garage for boats up to 36 feet.
It also has a separate house for housekeepers.

THE BEACH
Praia do Flamengo is a 400 meters long beach which extends along a bay with crystal clear and calm waters.
It is surrounded by hills and paths with wonderful views that lead to neighboring beaches, such as Praia 7 Fontes, among others.
It is possible to walk to Praia do Flamengo from the Marina Saco da Ribeira in just 40 minutes. The beach has other private houses and a small bar-restaurant.
ACCESS
Access point to the house is by the Sudelpa dock, located in the Marina Saco da Ribeira, very close to the main road. On the GPS, you simply have to write “Saco da Ribeira, Ubatuba”.
At the port, cars can be parked on the street, where there are public security cameras, or in the available parking lots.
The housekeeper will pick up the guests at the dock, in a boat with capacity for 7 people and luggage. The boat has a side which is covered.
The trip to Praia do Flamengo, where the house is located, is only a ten minute ride. The sea is calm so the trip is pleasant and safe.

Suite 1: There are two medium single beds.
All suites have a bathroom with toilet and bidet, separate from the shower, and a countertop with a sink in the middle. All suites have air conditioning.
Suites 2 and 3: each suite with a king size bed.
These 3 suites are on the side of the main house.
Master Suite (Suite 4): a large king size bed, shower, jacuzzi and walk-in dressing room. This suite has garden and sea views.
Suites 5 and 6: each room has two single beds (4 beds in total). These rooms are smaller than the others, making them ideal for teenagers or children. They are next to each other and are located at the top of the land, next to the tennis court.
The house has bedding and bathroom towels for 12 people. Some beach towels as well. Loungers in the pool area.
The Wifi has a speed of between 50 and 100 megabytes.
Housekeeper service is offered.
FOR RENT
Jambo Sana can be rented all year round, the minimum stay is one week, that is, six nights and seven days. The house is rented with all its rooms and facilities. Shorter stays can be discussed.
The rental price includes the services of the housekeepers who clean, tidy the house, maintain the pool and garden, among other services.
Housekeepers will arrange working schedules directly with guests.
The house has room for twelve guests.
